Integrated Corporate Social Responsibility (ICSR): Our ICSR engagements help you move non-existent or ad-hoc philanthropy, corporate responsibility, and shared values work into a coherent, holistic strategy that returns value to your company, employees, and stakeholders.  

We work with your team to:

Develop and implement ICSR policies, procedures, and other internal guidelines using systems analysis and design. This process is unique to Kito and ensures that impact is not isolated in stand-alone CSR unit, change is not based on thematic areas or bias, and CSR is fully integrated to maximize ROI, ensure lasting change, and prevent the need to respond to headlines but rather drives trend-lines.    

Initial implementation of ICSR programs: Kito’s work is intended to be handed off to long term internal implementation. However, programs are often ready to roll out on an on-going basis. While we work with you to finalize the long game, we make sure that change starts happening sooner rather than later so that you can begin to recoup your investments.  

Measure and report ICSR performance: Careful consideration should be given to what and when you measure. We work with you to identify protocols that will help you meet your goals including guidance on metrics that will ensure deliver the recognition and certifications needed to support marketing efforts. We also help you identify, track, and analyze issues, trends, regulations and voluntary codes of conduct to augment your efforts and ensure you are on the path to success – even when external forces are in play.

 Supply chain analysis and policy development: Competition is driving CSR in interesting ways –most notably it is pushing CSR into supply chain integrity.
